Six-Story, 14-Unit Residential Project Coming To 3323 Sedgwick Avenue, Kingsbridge Heights

Putnam County-based Nush Rudaj has filed applications for a six-story, 14-unit residential building at 3323 Sedgwick Avenue, in Kingsbridge Heights, five blocks from the 1 train’s stop at 231st Street. The building will measure 9,915 square feet in total, which means units will average 708 square feet, indicative of rentals. Long Island-based Shahriar Afshari is the architect of record. The existing single-story brick home was filed for demolition this past June.

New building applications were filed for a seven-story community facility building at 328 East 62nd Street, on the corner of a four-block-long street that cuts north between First and Second Avenues and shuttles cars off the bridge.
