Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture for the Rockefeller Group, the 45-story building will contain 123 condominiums ranging in size from one to four bedrooms.

Located between East 53rd Street and East 54th Street, the lot is near the Lexington Avenue-53 Street subway station, serviced by the E and M trains. Abraham Lokshin under the LFL Partners LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Full demolition permits have been filed for 43 West 39th Street in Midtown, Manhattan. According to the filing, the site is owned by Allied Partners. It currently houses a five-story mixed-use building with four residential units and two commercial units. The 55-foot-tall structure was built in 1910.
Installation of the reflective glass curtain wall on the northern elevation of 106 West 56th Street is approaching the final setback of the 27-story structure. The Perkins Eastman-designed boutique office building stands topped out at 403 feet tall and is being developed by private equity firm Savanna Fund, along with Hong Kong-based developer Atom Assets.
Brookfield Properties and Park Tower Group have officially broken ground on the most anticipated phase of the Greenpoint Landing mega-development on the shores of northern Brooklyn. Designed by Jason Long of OMA, the new component is comprised of two residential towers and a vast extension of an existing public esplanade. The western tower features a series of cantilevers that reach outward in step with setbacks on the eastern edifice, giving the development a look reminiscent of a game of Tetris.
