Renderings were revealed this week for 888 Atlantic Avenue in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The proposed 17-story mixed-use development is being developed by Y&T Development LLC, who is seeking special zoning amendments to build the 175-foot-tall structure in a predominately low-rise industrial block. Details in an Environmental Assessment Statement outline the rezoning of the development site, which would have mandatory inclusionary housing as well as rezoning for six adjacent parcels.

378 West End Avenue’s Brick Façade Takes Shape on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Exterior work is progressing on 378 West End Avenue, an 18-story residential development on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by COOKFOX and developed by Alchemy Properties, the project incorporates the restoration of the adjacent 1915 Palazzo-style building at the corner of West End Avenue and West 78th Street, and will yield 58 units with sales and marketing led by Alchemy Properties and Compass. Homes will be available in one- to six-bedroom spreads and a collection of penthouses, with prices ranging from $1,795,000 to nearly $10 million. Leeding Builders Group is the general contractor for 378 West End Avenue, which is located along West 78th Street between West End Avenue and Broadway.

One Clinton’s Façade Nears Completion in Brooklyn Heights

Façade installation is nearing completion on One Clinton, a 36-story residential tower at 280 Cadman Plaza West in Brooklyn Heights. Designed by Marvel and developed by Hudson Companies, the 409-foot-tall structure will yield 295,000 square feet with 134 residential units, a 9,000-square-foot STEM research center, and One Clinton Street Library, a new public library that will replace the former Brooklyn Heights Library. The triangular-shaped building stands on a narrow parcel bound by Clinton Street and Cadman Plaza West. Consigli & Associates, LLC is the general contractor for One Clinton.
