Located at 1546 East New York Avenue, the building is over 100 years old and once functioned as the 65th, then later the 73rd Police Precinct with jurisdiction over the northern corner of Brownsville.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 26-35 3rd Street in Astoria, Queens. Located at the intersection of 27th Avenue and 3rd Street, the corner lot is closest to the Astoria Boulevard subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Goose Property Management under the Developing NY State LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Located between New York Avenue and Brooklyn Avenue, the interior lot is five blocks from the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Architectural photographer Tectonic recently checked in on the progress at 430 East 58th Street, aka 3 Sutton Place, an 800-foot-tall residential skyscraper in Midtown East. Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen and developed by Gamma Real Estate with Stephen B. Jacobs Group as the executive architect, the 62-story project will contain 121 units.
Excavation has begun at 150 West 48th Street in Midtown, site of 974-room hotel designed by Gene Kaufman Architect. The 330-foot-tall, 34-story project is being developed by Sam Chang of McSam Hotel Group, who purchased the lot for $140 million from Rockefeller Group in early 2019 and secured a $250 million construction loan. Rooms will occupy a total of 300,216 square feet, for an average of 308 square feet apiece.
