Demolition is finishing up at 1022-1026 Third Avenue, the site of a forthcoming residential building in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Developed by Kahen Properties, which purchased the three adjacent sites for $34 million in the summer of 2021, the building can rise to a maximum of 12 stories under local zoning restrictions. Third North Holdings LLC is the owner and Alba Services is the general contractor for the project, which is located between East 60th and East 61st Streets.

Demolition is nearly complete at 343 Madison Avenue, the site of a 49-story commercial skyscraper in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Boston Properties, the 844-foot-tall structure will yield 750,400 square feet of office space, ground-floor retail, and multiple cellar levels. Titan Industrial Services is the demolition contractor for the property, which is bound by East 45th Street to the north, East 44th Street to the south, and Madison Avenue to the west.

No architect or details have been revealed for the forthcoming structure, which is being developed by MRP Realty, though the breadth of the plot suggests that it will likely support an office tower yielding several hundred thousand square feet. Titan Industrial SVC Corp. is the demolition contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Park Avenue and East 54th Street.
