Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Sterling Town Equities, the 90,000-square-foot structure yields 41 condominium units and two four-story townhouses with interior design by Workshop/APD. Pro-H Development was the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 542 Atlantic Avenue and occupies a through-block parcel bound by Atlantic Avenue to the north, Pacific Street to the south, Fourth Avenue to the east, and Third Avenue to the west.

Twin Group Associates is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Pacific and Dean Streets.
