The Lively at 321 Warren Street Tops Out Above Downtown Jersey City

The Lively recently topped-out at 321 Warren Street in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District. Today, YIMBY has another update on the 18-story mixed-use structure. Due to its quick construction schedule, the development is expected to debut this summer with move-ins around July. It is designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and developed by LMC. There will be 180 apartments, 1,343 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a 14,200-square-foot black-box theater with dedicated space for local artists.

Site Prep Underway For 40-Story Tower at 570 Fulton Street, in Downtown Brooklyn

Yet another residential skyscraper is in the works at 570 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn, and today YIMBY has an update on site progress. The main elevation of the existing three-story, low-rise building is now sitting behind construction netting and scaffolding, and it will soon be demolished to make way for the planned 40-story mixed-use replacement. Hill West Architects is the designer of the project, while David Schwarz of Slate Property Group will develop the structure. Office and retail space is reportedly going to be in the lower section of the 550-foot tall development.

Leasing has officially launched for a new, two-towered development by The Durst Organization in Astoria, Queens. Located at 10 Halletts Point, the 22 and 19-story towers are just the first components of a sprawling, seven-building development that will eventually comprise 2.4 million square feet. It will include more than 2,100 apartments, affordable housing, a public waterfront esplanade, and retail area.
