Edison Properties purchased the building from North Caldwell-based Berkowitz Company for $7 million, allowing them to build nearly half a million square feet of new office space.

In an announcement from design-build, general contractor firm UA Builders Group, 746 East 214th Street will become the latest addition to the group, making its debut in 2019. Located in the north-central blocks of The Bronx’s Williamsbridge, the property is immediately adjacent to the 2/5 Gun Hill Road Subway station.
