New renderings have been released for two new residential buildings in the Astoria Cove master plan at 25-02 9th Street and 4-34 26th Avenue in the Halletts Point section of Astoria, Queens. Designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by David Kronman of Cape Advisors, the structures will stand 26 and seven stories, respectively, and are part of a complex that is planned to yield a total of 469 apartments and 14,500 square feet of commercial space across four buildings. Dumbo Market, a local grocery store, has committed to a lease for approximately 13,500 square feet of space at Jasper, a new $370 million mixed-use development located at 2-33 50th Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. The new location, brokered by Igloo, is set to open in early 2025 alongside the project’s completion. Jasper is a joint venture between The Domain Companies, LMXD, the VOREA Group, and Bridge Investment Group, and was designed by S9 Architecture.

Designed by Studio C Architects and developed by Soft Stone Development Group, the project involves the restoration of an existing four-story structure and the construction of a 13-story addition above, and is planned to stand 162 feet tall and yield 27,355 square feet.
