Four-Story, 152,000 Square-Foot Commercial Warehouse Filed At 2325 Hollers Avenue, Eastchester

An anonymous LLC based in Midtown South has filed applications for a four-story, 151,874 square-foot warehouse building at 2325 Hollers Avenue, in Eastchester, an industrial neighborhood located in the North Bronx. The block is zoned for medium manufacturing uses, and commercially rentable space in the structure would total 100,279 square feet. Jack Wilbern’s Virginia-based Butz Wilbern LTD is the applicant of record. The assembled lots are vacant with the exception of an auto shop located on the corner.

1710 Broadway

Developers Plan 60-Story Hotel-Condo Tower At 1710 Broadway, Midtown

In late 2014, YIMBY brought you conceptual renderings of the possible mixed-use tower that could rise at 1710 Broadway, between West 54th and 55th Street in Midtown, and now Extell Development is teaming up with C&K Properties to build a 60-story condo-hotel tower. Extell paid roughly $247 million for a 39 percent stake in the project, according to The Real Deal. Retail space will likely be included in the planned tower, which could be as large as 370,000 square feet, although additional air rights may be used which would increase the project’s size. A six-story, 83,000 square-foot office building must first be demolished.

532 Lorimer Street

Five-Story, Nine-Unit Residential Building Planned At 532 Lorimer Street, Williamsburg

Han Soon Yom, doing business as a Fort Lee, New Jersey-based LLC, has filed applications for a five-story, nine-unit residential building at 532 Lorimer Street, in central Williamsburg. That’s two blocks south of the Lorimer Street stop on the L train. The project will measure 9,983 square feet in total, which means units will average 1,109 square feet apiece, indicative of condominiums. Anthony Morena’s Midtown-based MORTAR Arch + Dev is the architect of record. The site is currently occupied by two three-story townhouses, and permits were filed for their removal earlier this month.
