Handel Architects is the designer, while Hidrock Realty is the developer of the property.

Located between East 182nd Street and East 183rd Street, the lot is near the 182nd-183rd Street subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Amritpal Sandhu under the Third Avenue BX LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
YIMBY checked in recently at 520 Fifth Avenue, the site of a planned 920-foot-tall skyscraper that takes the number 13 spot on our countdown of the tallest projects in progress in New York City. Located in Midtown at the corner of Fifth Avenue and West 43rd Street, the plot sits cleared for construction, which YIMBY expects will commence sometime in 2020. YIMBY last reported that Handel Architects is designing and Arthur Hooper of Ceruzzi Properties is developing the project in conjunction with SMI USA. Ceruzzi purchased the property in 2015 for $275 million from Thor Equities.
McSam Hotel Group will break ground in January on a new Marriott Hotel property in Times Square. Located at 223 West 46th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue, the 200-key Marriott SpringHill is designed by Gene Kaufman Architects and replaces a former parking lot.
Demolition has finished at 110-112 Liberty Street in the Financial District, the site of a 30-story hotel designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects. The property, which is being developed by Eddie Hidary of 112 Liberty Associates LLC, sits across from the base of Four World Trade Center, aka 150 Greenwich Street, and to the west of Zuccotti Park and Church Street.
