The 57-story, ground-up skyscraper is being designed by Studio Gang Architects, and Tishman Speyer is the developer of the 770,000 square foot project, located in Downtown BrooklynHill West is the architect of record, while Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is managing sales for the 480 condominiums that are being designed by London-based Michaelis Boyd Associates.

321 Warren Street On The Rise In Downtown Jersey City

321 Warren Street, aka the Lively, will be a mixed-use tower at the southeast intersection of Warren Street and Steubern Street, in Jersey City. The 217,000 square foot building broke ground this past June, and is now climbing past the ninth floor. Fogarty Finger Architecture is designing the 18-story tower while LMC is the developer. The entire building is being constructed with a reinforced concrete superstructure.

Permits Filed For A Six-Story Residential Building at 670 Union Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn

Permits have been filed for a new six-story residential building at 670 Union Street, in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Gowanus. The site is between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue, and sits half a block away from the Union Street subway on the R train. The new structure will rise from a lot that is currently home to a pair of two-story buildings, 670A and 670B Union Street, and William Caleo of 668-670 Union LLC is listed as the developer.

Brooklyn’s First Supertall Gets Ready To Rise At 9 DeKalb Avenue As Foundation Work Makes Headway

Peering through the thick, green fence netting that surrounds the site of 9 DeKalb Avenue, one can now see the foundations for the imminently-1,066-foot-tall residential supertall making progress. Large hollow steel pilings crowd the northern perimeter of the construction site, waiting to be lodged into the ground with the giant piledriver being put to work by several construction workers spotted on site. The 73-story tower is being designed by SHoP Architects and developed by JDS Development and Chetrit Group.
