Designed by DXA Studio and developed by HAP Investments, the twin 250-foot-tall structures yield a combined 162,834 square feet and 87 condominium units, as well as 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing and Fredrik Eklund’s and John Gomes’ Eklund | Gomes team are responsible for sales and marketing for the residences, with Alex Lundqvist as the sales director in charge. Available one-bedrooms start at $1.3 million and two-bedrooms at $1.995 million, with prices for three- and four-bedroom residences available upon request. The property is located between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.

Construction has topped out on 532 Clinton Avenue, a seven-story residential building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Afshari PC and developed by 532 Clinton LLC, the 80-foot-tall reinforced concrete superstructure will yield 30,000 square feet and 12 units, for an average of 1,695 square feet apiece. The residential program includes ten three-bedroom, two-bathroom units and two two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. The developer purchased the 6,6780-square-foot plot for $6.5 million in 2019 and excavation and construction gradually progressed on the building starting last summer.

Construction is set to go vertical at 595 Dean Street, the site of a two-building development in the Pacific Park complex in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by TF Cornerstone, the project will yield a total of 800 residential units, 72,600 square feet of public open space, ground-floor retail, 455 underground parking spaces, and a Chelsea Piers Field House, the first in Brooklyn. The site is bound by Pacific Street to the north, 550 Vanderbilt Avenue to the east, 535 Carlton Apartments to the west, and Dean Street to the south.

Aloft Hotel at 450 Eleventh Avenue Races Toward Final Levels in Hudson Yards, Manhattan

Construction is closing in on topping out at 450 Eleventh Avenue, a 642-foot-tall Aloft Hotel in Hudson Yards. Designed by DSM Design Group and developed by Marx Development Group, the 51-story skyscraper will yield 379 rooms as well as a business center, a ballroom, and a fourth-floor restaurant and bar with an outdoor terrace. The Midtown property is located at the corner of West 37th Street and Eleventh Avenue, directly across from the Jacob K. Javits Center, and is expected to cost around $368 million.
