Construction has partially topped out at 45-18 Court Square, a six-story addition to an existing structure in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Perkins + Will and developed by King Street Properties, Knight Newmark Frank, and GFP Real Estate, the property will house a life science facility called Innolabs. The adjoining six-story building is also in the process of being renovated and connected to the new development.

Construction is nearing completion on The Dime, a 22-story mixed-use building at 209 Havemeyer Street in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Alternately addressed as 275 South 5th Street, the structure is designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and is being developed by Charney Companies and Tavros Holdings. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling all leasing for the 177 rental units, which launched in May. Grain Collective is the landscape architect and 1 Oak Contracting is the general contractor for the project.

Work is wrapping up on Two Blue Slip, aka 41 Blue Slip, the tallest structure to rise so far in the ten-tower Greenpoint Landing waterfront development in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The glass curtain wall is substantially complete on the 40-story residential project, which is designed by Handel Architects and developed by Park Tower Group and Brookfield Property Partners. Leasing for the 421 units launched back in February.

One Bell Slip Starts to Rise in North Brooklyn’s Greenpoint Landing

Construction has risen past the podium section at One Bell Slip, a 368-foot-tall residential tower in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Brookfield Property Partners and Park Tower Group, the 31-story building will bring 413 units to the 22-acre, ten-tower Greenpoint Landing riverfront development. The structure is rising just to the north of the completed 37 Blue Slip.
