Construction is nearing the halfway mark at 1 Park Row, a 23-story mixed-use building in the Financial District. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by Circle F Capital, which received a $90 million construction loan from Parkview Financial in 2021, the 305-foot-tall structure will yield 103,000 square feet with 58 condominium units in one- to three-bedroom layouts, along with 19,000 square feet of office and retail space on the lower levels. Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor and 1 Park Row Development LLC is the owner of the property, which is located at the intersection of Park Row and Ann Street.

130 William Street Completes Construction in Financial District, Manhattan

Construction has reached completion on 130 William Street, a 66-story residential skyscraper in Manhattan’s Financial District. Designed by Sir David Adjaye of Adjaye Associates and developed by Lightstone, the 800-foot-tall structure yields 242 condominium units marketed by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, with layouts ranging from studios to four-bedroom, full-floor penthouses. Hill West Architects served as architect of record for the property, which is bound by William, Fulton, and Gold Streets. CBRE is in charge of marketing the two retail spaces.

TSX Broadway’s Tempo by Hilton Prepares For Late-Summer Opening at 1568 Broadway in Times Square, Manhattan

Construction on TSX Broadway, a 47-story hotel tower at 1568 Broadway in Times Square, reached a milestone as crews turned on TSX Entertainment’s 18,000-square-foot podium LED display. Designed by Perkins Eastman and Mancini Duffy and developed by L&L Holding Company and Fortress Investment Group, the 550,000-square-foot structure will yield 661 hotel rooms operated by Tempo by Hilton, as well as 100,000 square feet of retail space on the lower levels and Times Square’s only cantilevering outdoor performance stage. Positioned above the new retail space is the historic Palace Theater, which was renovated by PBDW Architects and lifted 30 feet above street level in early 2022. Pavarini McGovern is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Seventh Avenue and West 47th Street.

The Elisa’s Stone Façade Takes Shape at 251 West 14th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan

Exterior work is progressing on The Elisa, an 11-story residential building at 251 West 14th Street in Chelsea. Designed by Isay Weinfeld Architects, the structure will yield 25 condominium units in one- to three-bedroom layouts with sales and marketing by Bianca D’Alessio, Christian Haag, and Mia Calabrese of Nest Seekers and SERHANT, with prices ranging from $1.45 million to $5 million. There will also be a four-bedroom penthouse that has yet to hit the market. Pizzarotti is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Seventh and Eighth Avenues, near the intersection of the West Village and the Meatpacking District.

Construction has reached street level at 1305-1307 Third Avenue, the site of an upcoming 18-story, 214-foot-tall residential building in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and developed by EJS Development under the 1303 Third LLC, the corner property is expected to yield 38 units and span 97,569 square feet. Triton Construction Industry is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the intersection of Third Avenue and East 75th Street. The developer purchased the 8,178-square-foot site for $32.5 million in March 2021.
