Brookfield’s $2 Billion Two Manhattan West Will Rise Without Anchor Tenant As One Manhattan West Nears Finish Line, in Midtown West

Brookfield is officially set to construct Two Manhattan West without an anchor tenant. The near-supertall tower will be the second-tallest skyscraper in the Manhattan West complex, comprising two million square feet of space, rising 935 feet to its rooftop, and enclosing 62 floors of office space, all at a cost of approximately $2 billion. Meanwhile, work on One Manhattan West is wrapping up, with the facade closing in on completion along the upper floors, while the construction crane is now coming down on the northern elevation.

One Vanderbilt Reaches Supertall Territory Above Midtown East, Manhattan

One Vanderbilt is officially the latest skyscraper in New York City to claim supertall status. Located at 41 East 42nd Street in Midtown East, the imminently 1,401-foot tall office building already soars above Grand Central Station, and new steel columns continue to sprout along the perimeter and core, having now punctured the 1,000-foot mark. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the upcoming 58-story tower is being developed by SL Green and will span 1.75 million square feet.

Sales Launch For COOKFOX’s 25 Park Row in Financial District, New Renderings Released

25 Park Row is making news again, as sales have recently launched for the 50-story residential skyscraper. New renderings have also been released showing the residential interiors of the 665-foot tall condominium tower above City Hall Park, as well as the surrounding cityscape. Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the project is being developed by the J&R Store founders and L&M Development Partners, and will yield 110 residences. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sale of the units, while the amenity spaces are being designed by Studio Mellone. The landscaping is being created by Starr Whitehouse.

Quay Tower Nears Finish Line Along Brooklyn Heights Waterfront

Construction on Quay Tower is wrapping up as the 30-story residential building nears completion. Located across from Pier 6 along the Brooklyn Heights waterfront, it sits next to the southern tip of Brooklyn Bridge Park. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by RAL Companies and Oliver’s Realty Group, the 315-foot tall skyscraper will bring 126 units to market with the help of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
