Designed by Gene Kaufman Architect and developed by Sam Chang, the 45-story building will yield a total of 142,949 square feet and 508 rooms. Omnibuild is in charge of the construction process, which is occurring between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.
Exterior work is progressing on the Aloft Hotel, a 32-story tower at 132 West 28th Street in Chelsea. Designed by Peter Poon Architects and developed by Frank Ng, the 326-foot-tall building will yield 203 guest rooms between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.
Work is nearing completion on Little Island, a 2.4-acre park over the Hudson River at Pier 55 in Chelsea. Designed by Thomas Heatherwick with landscape design by MNLA, and managed by the Hudson River Park Trust, the whimsical park is perched atop an undulating array of funnel-shaped concrete pods, with the aim of evoking the image of a leaf floating on water.
Exterior work is nearing completion on Graydon Chelsea, a 16-story residential building at 128 West 23rd Street in Chelsea. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by Valyrian Capital and Pan Brothers, the 40,230-square-foot structure will yield 30 units, averaging 1,200 square feet apiece. The property is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.

Omnibuild is in charge of construction at the site, which is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.
