The 200,000-square-foot, seven-story mixed-income apartment building is being developed within the Penn South campus, an affordable housing cooperative designed by COOKFOX.

Wesbuilt Construction Mangers is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.
