The Dyckman Street Subway Station is nearby, serviced by the A trains. The Metropolitan Museum of Art is responsible for the development.

The site is just half a block away from the 219th Street Subway Station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The surrounding area is predominantly residential, with some retail surrounding the Subway Station. Marjan Gjonaj, owner of the site, will be responsible for the development.
The team behind the La Central Development has closed a deal for financing towards the construction of their massive mixed-use project in the Melrose Community of the South Bronx. This is one of the largest mixed-income projects currently under construction in New York City. Once complete, the project will span 1.1 million square feet, with five buildings and 992 units entirely devoted to affordable housing.

The site is seven blocks away from the Parkside Avenue Subway Station at the corner of Prospect Park, serviced by the Q trains. The Winthrop Street Station is also six blocks away from the site, and serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Bedford Holdings JV will be responsible for the development.
