Located at 4790 Broadway, the 14-story property will debut as The Eliza in honor of Eliza Hamilton, the wife of Alexander Hamilton.

Located at 124 East 14th Street, Zero Irving is the latest project from RAL Development and is envisioned as an equitable alternative for small businesses who cannot typically afford Class A office space and an educational launch point for the next generation of tech-centric workers in New York City.
Full demolition permits have been filed for 8, 12, 14, and 16 West 45th Street in Midtown, Manhattan. Located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, the 9,241-square-foot site has 92 feet of street frontage.
Construction has broken ground on phase one of Bronx Point, a mixed-use development in the South Bronx. In addition to 542 affordable housing units, phase one includes construction of the Universal Hip Hop Museum, 2.8 acres of public open space, and a robust mix of community facilities.
Two buildings in Manhattan are now official historic landmarks following designation by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. The Commissioners unanimously voted to designate The Educational Building at 70 Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village and the Holyrood Episcopal Church-Iglesia Santa Cruz at 715 West 179th Street in Washington Heights.
