Permits have been filed for a three-story mixed-use building at 28-57 45th Street, in a mostly residential part of Astoria, Queens. Seven blocks away is the 46th Street subway station, serviced by the E, M and R trains. Alex Lamartina will be responsible for the development.

The 33-foot tall structure will yield 13,500 square feet, with 1,020 square feet dedicated to an unspecified community facility, and 8,250 square feet for residential use. Nine apartments will be created, averaging 917 square feet apiece, which could mean rentals or condominiums. Six parking spaces and accessory storage will be included on site, though no room for bicycles.

William Lamartina is listed as responsible for the design.

Full demolition permits were filed in May of 2018. The estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: You do to help make details successful by things are together as reporting. (Thank you)

  2. 23rd Ave and 31st looks nothing like the picture .. great job Photoshoping the gross train tracks that run directly in front of the building out of the pic
