YIMBY last reported on the development in February of 2016. The site is just a block away from the Simpson Street Subway Station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The lot is located within a small commercial center, spreading over four blocks. Properties Resources Corporation will be responsible for the development.

Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 43-46 39th Place, in Sunnyside, Queens. The site is a block from the 40th Street-Lowery Street Station, serviced by the 7 train. Ground was broken at 2865 Creston Avenue yesterday to mark the beginning of construction on Bedford Green House, a 13-story supportive and affordable housing project in The Bronx’s Bedford Park neighborhood. The development is expected to cost $58.8 million, with almost half financed by the New York City Housing Development Corporation, HDC, under their Extremely Low- and Low-Income Affordability (ELLA) program.

Affordable Housing Project Excelsior II Nears Completion in Highbridge, The Bronx

Construction is wrapping on a nine-story affordable housing project, named Excelsior II, at 120 West 169th Street, in The Bronx’s Highbridge.
