Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $71,829 to $139,620.

From Gowanus Forward, a consortium of developers including Domain Companies, Monadnock, and PMG, the renderings show a drastically reinvigorated public thoroughfare with open green spaces, recreational boating, new benches, and a winding esplanade.
A 14-story mixed-use development with 100-percent affordable housing units is coming to 326 Rockaway Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Slate Property Group and RiseBoro Community Partnership recently announced the 38,000-square-foot land deal closing. The proposed 160,000-square-foot building will also have an estimated 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and community facility space.
MAG Partners is teaming up with affordable housing cooperative Penn South to redevelop 335 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan. The new seven-story mixed-use building will include ground-floor commercial space and 200 residential units with affordable housing for low- and middle-income residents. COOKFOX is designing the 200,000-square-foot structure.
Avery Hall Investments has unveiled plans for a mixed-use project addressed as 272 4th Avenue on the border of Gowanus and Park Slope in Brooklyn. The Brooklyn-based developer is also responsible for the design of the 130,000-square-foot development at the corner of 4th Avenue and Carroll Street, and recently increased the site assemblage with a $5.3 million purchase of 274 4th Avenue and 538 Carroll Street.
