The Housing Action Council in New Rochelle is now accepting applications for 14 Lecount Place in the downtown neighborhood. Developed by Wilder Balter Partners and L+M Development Partners, the 27-story mixed-use new-construction building is expected to open this fall with 285 market-rate apartments and 95 affordable rental units. The 457,000-square-foot project is designed by Beyer Blinder Belle. Additional components include 6,200 square feet of retail space, parking, and residential amenities.
