Designed by Michael Kang Architect and developed by John Po Sheng Hsu, the structures each yield six residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 18 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $37,715 to $139,620.

Developed by Loketch Group and designed by ND Architecture, the structure yields 42 residences and ground-floor commercial space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 13 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $69,360 to $167,570.
