Developers Secure $95.7M for Beach Green Dunes III at 331 Beach 35th Street in Far Rockaway, Queens

L+M Development Partners, Triangle Equities, and The Bluestone Organization have closed on a $95.7 million loan to complete Beach Dunes III, a mixed-use affordable housing property on the border of Edgemere and Far Rockaway in Queens. Located at 331 Beach 35th Street, the building will include 146 mixed-income apartments, 2,100 square feet of commercial space, and a 1,160-square-foot community center.

Designed by ARC Architecture Design Studios and developed by A&R Properties Group, the structure yields 14 residences. Developers and New York State agencies have revealed renderings for Alafia, a 27-acre redevelopment project in East New York, Brooklyn. Located along Fountain Avenue near the Betts Creek waterfront, the $1.2 billion multi-phase campus will create 2,400 affordable apartments, a 15,000-square-foot outpatient medical clinic, retail space, multiple parking areas, and a mix of publicly accessible green space and recreational area.

New York State Awards $20M to Support Community Projects in Riverhead and Amityville, Long Island
