Finishing touches are underway on Two Manhattan West, a 58-story commercial skyscraper in the Manhattan West master plan in Midtown West. Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and developed by Brookfield, the 935-foot-tall structure will yield 1.9 million square feet of office space directly to the south of its 996-foot-tall fraternal twin, One Manhattan West. W&W Glass is the facade contractor and AECOM Tishman is the general contractor for the Midtown project, which is located at the northwest corner of West 31st Street and Ninth Avenue, between Hudson Yards to the west and the James A. Farley Building to the immediate east.

Designed by Gilman Architects and developed by Man Hei Li under the 355 Hudson Yard LLC, the 115-foot-tall structure will yield 19,255 square feet with 26 rental units spread across 17,023 square feet, as well as 1,603 square feet of commercial space, 629 square feet for a community facility, and a cellar level. EFIN Management is the general contractor for the project, which is located near the northeast corner of Ninth Avenue and West 39th Street.

Façade installation is progressing on 135 East 47th Street, a 35-story residential skyscraper, named Monogram New York, in Midtown East. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Navigation Capital Group, the 500-foot-tall structure will yield 191 condominium units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Cauldwell Wingate is in charge of constructing the tower, which is located between Lexington and Third Avenues. Anthology Group is the hospitality partner, while Shanghai-based Neri & Hu is the interior designer.
