Designed by Mancini Duffy Architects and developed by The Davis Companies along with joint venture partner Highland Development Ventures, the 180,000-square-foot structure contains 6,000 storage units. Cauldwell Wingate was the contractor for the project, which is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.

Façade installation has begun on 520 Fifth Avenue, a rising 76-story residential supertall in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Rabina, which took over from Ceruzzi Properties and SMI USA in 2019, the 1,000-foot-tall skyscraper will yield 415,000 square feet with 98 condominium units, as well as commercial space on the lower floors and four cellar levels. Charles & Co. is going to be the interior designer, WSP is the structural engineer, DeSimone Consulting Engineers is the façade consultant, and Suffolk Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the northwest corner of Fifth Avenue and West 43rd Street, one block north of Bryant Park.

Updated renderings have been revealed for 100 West 37th Street, a forthcoming 68-story mixed-use skyscraper in the Garment District of Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by C3D Architecture and developed by Sioni Group under the 989 Sixth Realty LLC, the 743-foot-tall structure will yield 384,118 square feet with 300 condominium units spread across 297,301 square feet, as well as 86,817 square feet of commercial space and two cellar levels. Northeast Specialist Group is currently serving as the demolition contractor for the corner property, which is alternately addressed as 989-993 Sixth Avenue and located at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and West 37th Street.
