Addressed as 23-15 44th Drive, the 68-story, 778-foot-tall edifice is designed by Hill West Architects and developed by United Construction & Development Group, FSA Capital, and Risland US Holdings LLC. Yielding 802 residences designed by Whitehall Interiors and marketed by Modern Spaces, residences range in price from $500,000 to $4 million. The site is located at the corner of 23rd Street to the west and 44th Drive to the south.

Demo Permits Filed for 2686-2690 Broadway on the Upper West Side of Manhattan

Full demo permits have been filed for three one-story structures at 2686-2690 Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Located at the intersection of West 103rd Street and Broadway, the buildings once housed the Marrakech Hotel, which was partially demolished after the previous owner was fined for illegally converting residential units into hotel rooms. Toll Brothers is listed as the owner of the site under the 2686-2690 Broadway LLC, after purchasing the property in 2019 for $44 million.

Façade Work Progresses on Bankside’s 2401 3rd Avenue Complex in Mott Haven, The Bronx

Exterior work is continuing to shape up on 2401 Third Avenue, a three-tower complex designed by Hill West Architects in Brookfield Properties‘ Bankside master plan in Mott Haven, The Bronx. The 4.3-acre development is a combination of two sites along the northern side of the Harlem River. 2401 Third Avenue is located on the western side of the Third Avenue Bridge, and 101 Lincoln Avenue is the larger counterpart found on the opposite side. Bankside will provide seven residential buildings, 15,000 square feet of retail space, a community facility run by a local nonprofit yet to be named, and 34,000 square feet of public waterfront space. Brookfield purchased the two parcels for $165 million in September 2018 from Somerset Partners and The Chetrit Group. Ground was first broken on 2401 Third Avenue in the fall of 2019, and construction on Bankside is expected to cost $950 million and yield 1,370 units.

New renderings by Pei Partnership Architects show details of a 29-acre mixed-use complex along the Flushing Creek waterfront in Queens. The massive project located in the Flushing West Rezoning includes hotels, housing, retail, and office space, and is being developed by a joint partnership between United Construction & Development Group, F&T Group, and Young Nian Group. Hill West Architects is responsible for the master plan design.
