The reinforced concrete superstructure stands topped out at 778 feet tall and is currently the tallest skyscraper in Queens and the outer boroughs. The 67-story residential tower is designed by Hill West Architects and developed by United Construction & Development Group, FSA Capital, and Risland US Holdings LLC. Modern Spaces is the exclusive marketing and sales agency for the 802 residences, which are designed by Whitehall Interiors and will range in price from $500,000 to $4 million.
Permits have been filed for a 14-story mixed-use building at 202 East 23rd Street in Kips Bay, Manhattan. Located on the corner of Third Avenue and 23rd Street, the lot is two blocks east of the 23rd Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train. SMA Equities is listed as the owner behind the applications.
130 William Street‘s signature façade has made significant progress since YIMBY’s last report in August. The charcoal-colored, concrete-cast arches are now approaching the flat roof of the topped-out Financial District skyscraper. The first New York project from David Adjaye of Adjaye Associates, the 66-story tower stands 800 feet tall and will contain 242 residences. Hill West Architects is the architect of record, Lightstone is the developer, and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing for the units, which will range in price from around $1,300,000 for a one-bedroom to $20,000,000 for a four-bedroom, full-floor penthouse.
Shorewood Real Estate Group recently celebrated the commencement of construction at 160-05 Archer Avenue, a 24-story mixed-use development in Jamaica, Queens. Designed by Hill West Architects, the building will officially debut as One Archer Avenue.
