Renderings have been revealed for 67 Vestry Street, a full-building renovation in Tribeca, adjacent to Hudson River Park. Located at the corner of West Street and Vestry Street, the corner building is under construction, rising from 115 feet and 9 stories to 153 feet and 13 stories. Iliad Realty Group is developing the 13-unit condominium building after purchasing the site for $55.5 million in 2017. BP Architects is listed as the architect of record with Gachot Studios responsible for interiors. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is the exclusive marketing and sales agent.

YIMBY revealed renderings and details of a housing development at 270 East 2nd Street by this developer in December 2018. It is unclear if the design have changed with this permit filing.

Leonard Wilf of Garden Homes under the 18 West 55th Street, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. The family behind Garden Homes and Skyline Developers purchased the abutting 9 West 54th Street and 10 West 55th Street lots, a combined 22,500 square feet, for $75 million last year.

Compromised of two mixed-use buildings spanning an estimated total of 387,223 square feet, components include the headquarters for the Chinese-American Planning Council, the Beth Hamedrash Hagodol synagogue, 488 rental housing units with 43% of units specified as permanently affordable, and retail. Gotham Organization is listed as the owner behind the applications filed earlier this year with Dattner Architects as the architect of record.

Renderings Revealed for SOM’s South Street Seaport Museum, in Lower Manhattan

Renderings have been revealed for a six-story, 30,000-square-foot building that will house the South Street Seaport Museum. Located at John and South Streets, the new construction is part of a massive undertaking by the Howard Hughes Corporation and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in the South Street Seaport District that also includes 250 Water Street, the completed Pier 17 building, and the 75,000-square-foot New Market Building adjacent to the Tin Building, which is already in progress.
