The affordable housing lottery has launched for 26 Quincy Street, a five-story residential building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Jeffrey Kamen, the structure yields 43 residences and 22 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 13 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $83,349 to $167,570.

Affordable Housing Lottery Opens for 95 Units at 14 Lecount Place in New Rochelle

The Housing Action Council in New Rochelle is now accepting applications for 14 Lecount Place in the downtown neighborhood. Developed by Wilder Balter Partners and L+M Development Partners, the 27-story mixed-use new-construction building is expected to open this fall with 285 market-rate apartments and 95 affordable rental units. The 457,000-square-foot project is designed by Beyer Blinder Belle. Additional components include 6,200 square feet of retail space, parking, and residential amenities.
