The site is three blocks from the Kosciuszko Street station serviced by the J train, and four blocks from the Gates Avenue station serviced by the J and Z trains. The Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists will be responsible for the project.

Located in a commercial area, the lot is about a 22 minute bus ride along Castleton Avenue to the St. George ferry terminal that connects to Manhattan. Hudson Companies is listed as the owner behind the applications.
