Permits have been filed for a new four-story mixed-use residential building at 549 61st Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. City Building NY Architect P.C. is listed as the applicant of record and the filing representative. The new structure will be made with a steel frame and yield just over 5,400 square feet of newly built space. The property is located between Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue and is less than five minutes away from the N and R train at 59 Street Station.
