Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 915 56th Street, in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Located between 9th Avenue and Fort Hamilton Parkway, the site is relatively close to numerous subway stations. Within half a mile is the N train at both Ft. Hamilton Parkway and 8th Avenue, as well as the D train at 50th Street. Hai Qin Lin of 915-56 LDHQ Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The steel-based structure will yield 12,665 square feet, with 6,714 square feet for residential space and 2,681 square feet for a community facility. Fran Huang of HPL Engineering P.C. is listed as the architect of record.

No demolition permits have been filed as of yet for two-family home from 1915 currently on the lot. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
