Javits Convention Center, located at 655 West 34th Street in Hudson Yards. Atlanta-based firm tvsdesign is the architect on the development team, Commercial Observer reported, and has presumably replaced FXFOWLE Architects.
Spitzer Enterprises and Related Companies are partnering to develop a two-tower, 1.4 million square-foot mixed-use project at 511 West 35th Street and 451 Tenth Avenue, located in Hudson Yards.
Construction has topped out on the 12-story, 125-unit mixed-use building under development at 445 West 35th Street, in the Hudson Yards district. Progress can be seen thanks to a photo posted to the YIMBY Forums. The latest building permits indicate the project will encompass 121,859 square feet and rise 119 feet to its main roof.
After two years of negotiations, Related Companies has reached a deal to lease 15 contiguous floors, or 850,000 square feet, to BlackRock, the investment management corporation, at its planned 2.9-million-square-foot, 985-foot-tall office tower 50 Hudson Yards. The building is located along Tenth Avenue, between West 33rd and 34th streets, in the Hudson Yards district.
Construction is now four stories above street level on the 71-story, 354-unit mixed-use building under development at 35 Hudson Yards, located on the corner of Eleventh Avenue and West 33rd Street in Hudson Yards district.
