Real estate development and investment firm Global Holdings has secured a $450 million refinancing for 1250 Broadway, a 39-story office tower in NoMad, Manhattan. Branded as Nomad Tower, the property is a LEED Platinum-certified office building located along Broadway between West 31st and West 32nd Streets. Wells Fargo originated the three-year fixed-rate loan, which was structured as a Green Bond, while Eastdil Secured advised on the transaction. Proceeds from the financing will retire existing debt on the property.

The work, carried out across properties in all five boroughs of New York City, has included major upgrades to building systems, apartments, and open spaces. The Authority reported that annual capital expenditures reached $1.25 billion in 2025, the highest level of annual spending in recent years.

The Church has a binding contract to sell the landmarked property to Alchemy Properties contingent upon LPC approval of the hardship application. Construction is underway on a two-building, 58,000-square-foot retail expansion of Cross County Center, an open-air shopping complex at 8000 Mall Walk in Yonkers, Westchester County. The 1.15 million-square-foot property opened in 1954 with 30 stores. The expansion was designed by TPG Architecture and is being developed by Marx Realty.
