The affordable housing lottery has launched for 3216 Glenwood Road, a seven-story residential building in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by Aiman Eltohamy of Innovative Engineering Laboratories and developed by Ilan Peleg, the structure yields 19 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $81,223 to $160,720.
Amenities include an elevator, media room, gym, business center, senior center, a garage with shared car services, and pet-friendly policies. Residences are equipped with intercoms, hardwood floors, air conditioning, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove, heat, and hot water.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,117 for incomes ranging from $81,223 to $116,640, and two three-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,797 for incomes ranging from $112,903 to $160,720.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 2, 2026.
