The affordable housing lottery has launched for 3510 Glenwood Road, a seven-story mixed-use building at East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by Fabian Cruz of Fabian Cruz PE PLLC and developed by SBM, the structure yields 25 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $109,920 to $198,510.
Amenities include covered parking, pet-friendly policies, virtual doorman, and elevator. Residences are equipped with air conditioning, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove, heat, and hot water.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,954 for incomes ranging from $109,920 to $198,510.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 25, 2026.
