Located between Farragut Road and Brooklyn Road, the lot is near the Newkirk Avenue–Little Haiti subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Shmili Frenkel is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 62-foot-tall development will yield 11,034 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 23 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 479 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 24-foot-long rear yard.
