A new 19-story housing development, One East Harlem, officially broke ground this week in Upper Manhattan. Designed by S9 Architecture, the mixed-use project will eventually span over 420,000 square feet, mainly comprised of affordable housing. The building’s official address is 201 East 125th Street.

Bordering the Harlem River, the lot, also known as 65 East 149th Street, is located on the corner of Exterior Street and East 149th Street.
