Permits have been filed for a 19-story mixed-use building at 59 Henry Street in Two Bridges, Manhattan. Located between Catherine Street and Market Street, the interior lot is a few blocks west of the East Broadway subway station, serviced by the F train. W & L Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 227-foot-tall development will yield 98,654 square feet, with 57,127 square feet designated for residential space and 41,527 square feet for community facility space. It will have 80 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 714 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse, cellar, and 26 enclosed parking spaces. The first five floors will be dedicated to community facilities.

S9 Architecture is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
