The Daymark, a new waterfront condominium project at 1 Palisades Boulevard in Sleepy Hollow, has made progress toward construction completion. The property is being developed by Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development and has secured ten new contracts over the summer.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams and New York Governor Kathy Hochul recently announced plans to bring a + POOL, a filtered floating pool, to a section of the East River near Manhattan’s Lower East Side. The pool, which will be located off of Pier 35’s dock, is part of a broader effort to expand swimming access across the city.
Optimum Asset Management, a real estate investment and development firm, has announced the rebranding and relaunch of 222 East Broadway on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. The building, which is nearing completion, is being relaunched as 222 LES Tower + Lofts. The sales and marketing for the development will now be led by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
Warby Parker recently signed a lease for a 1,400-square-foot retail space at The Fairfax, located at 201 East 69th Street in Manhattan’s Upper East Side neighborhood. The store is set to open this month.
