318-322 East 32nd Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn via NYC Housing Connect

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 318-322 East 32nd Street, a four-story residential building in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by Sander Williams Architect, the structure yields six residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $68,400 to $227,630.

Residences come equipped with air conditioning, high-speed internet, in-unit washers and dryers, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,995 for incomes ranging from $68,400 to $165,230, and two three-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,094 for incomes ranging from $106,080 to $227,630.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than December 21, 2023.
