Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 146 Meserole Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located between McGuinness Boulevard and Eckford Street, the lot is near the Nassau Avenue subway station, served by the G train. Eitin Binet is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 9,956 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,659 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Stephen Conte of StudioSC Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last year for the residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
