Designed by Dattner Architects and developed by the Institute for Community Living, the structure yields 129 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 50 units for residents at 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $35,418 to $88,800.

Amenities include 24-hour front desk security, an on-site resident coordinator, an exercise room, computer lab, bike parking, community room, multi-purpose room, shared laundry room, and tenant storage. Units include energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and hardwood floors. Tenants are responsible for electricity with an electric stove.

At 60 percent of the AMI, there are 41 studios with a monthly rent of $947 for incomes ranging from $35,418 to $57,300; seven two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,421 for incomes ranging from $53,178 to $77,340; and two three-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,632 for incomes ranging from $61,509 to $88,800.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 20, 2022.
