Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 1212 Seagirt Boulevard in Far Rockaway, Queens. Located at the intersection of Beach 13th Street and Seagirt Boulevard, the corner lot is closest to the Beach 25th Street-Wavecrest subway station, serviced by the A train. Meyer Bodner under the Seagirt 13 Enterprises LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 51-foot-tall development will yield 34,734 square feet, with 9,235 square feet designated for residential space and 25,230 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 11 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 839 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a house of worship on the ground floor, a cellar, and 100 enclosed parking spaces.

Lester Katz of Brooklyn-based BDF Architecture Design is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
