Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 145 Frost Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Manhattan Avenue and Graham Avenue, the lot is five blocks north of the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Vanessa Yee-Chan of Manica Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 20,744 square feet, with 10,972 square feet designated for residential space, 4,240 square feet for commercial space, and 874 for community facility space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 783 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 12 enclosed parking spaces.

Cheng-Yang Lee of Atelier CS is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
