Developed by Christian Pompa of Caro Enterprises, the structure yields eight residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $132,069 to $198,510.

Residences are equipped with air conditioning, hardwood floors, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Amenities include a shared laundry room, elevator, and a virtual doorman. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove, hot water, and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,600 for incomes ranging from $132,069 to $198,510.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than September 22, 2026.
