Excellent news! Bushwick has so many vacant or unutilized properties ready for redevelopment. Thirty years ago when things seemed hopeless, landlords burned their buildings because the insurance money was worth far more than the property. My landlord bought my building in 1996, along with other nearby properties, and his friends thought he was crazy. He wasn’t.
